Daily Reports
If you have a Tectah card reader, you can choose to receive a transaction report every day – at a time of your choosing – detailing all transactions in that period. If you are interested in receiving this free service, call our support team on 0161 3412244.
Monthly Statements
At every month end, our acquirers will send you a summary statement regarding the volume of your transactions and any associated charges. Other fees relating to payment processing in that period are also detailed therein.
